My Bike, My Blog and My Blackberry

I have been riding my bike 10-20 miles a day all over Manhattan and as soon as I get off I want to get back on and keep riding.

Never one to watch the news on TV, but, sheeeeeeeet, lately I have been addicted to the news, from Gustav updates, to the speeches and the talking head commentary afterwards and now Ike.
