Intersection

As the loss of innocence and the realities of the world begin to sink in when you are a child, the sudden realization that your parents are actual people. The first time you saw them completely naked, walked in on the them having sex, found a vibrator, condoms or pornography, found their drug stash, watched them commit a crime, saw them physically harm another or simply watched them break down to tears...the perception of the almighty mother and father is at once shattered by real life.
